I'm Josh. I design experiences that work.
From an early age, I have always been curious to find out how things work. The first computer I remember using was our family commodore 64. I remember learning basic and playing Bubble Bobble. Then came the Amiga 2000, where I was drawing technical diagrams of the family home. This started my interest in all things digital and design.
The other passion of mine at the time was the natural world around us. I wanted to be a zoologist and initially followed this path before spending more time self-learning HTML and CSS rather than my Chemistry homework.
This led to a change to Information Technology and a career as a Front-End Developer. I was lucky enough to start out in Sydney and follow it to London, only to settle back here once again.
My final pivot was taking the leap and changing to UX Design after some more tertiary study. That was six years ago and I haven't looked back. Constantly drawing from this past has helped me become the curious, adaptable designer that I am today.
